Juneteenth Parade Sign Up

Black Girl Magic will be participating in the Juneteenth Parade on Saturday, June 15, 2024. Juneteenth is the celebration of the freedom of enslaved people in the United States at the end of the Civil War. The parade will kick off at 10:45 a.m. and we will need to gather at 10:00 a.m. The Juneteenth Parade will depart from Fountain of Life Church parking lot at 655 West Badger Road and proceed down Park Street to Penn Park. The parade ends in a celebration at Penn Park. We are looking for girls (and families!) who are interested in marching in the parade, wearing a Black Girl Magic Shirt, and tossing candy to the crowds.
