Our collaborators have extensive backgrounds as teachers, instructional coaches, restorative justice coaches, and circle leaders. Using the formal training and experience that they have, they are able to help schools problem-solve around issues that they are having engaging their students. We provide solutions that are rooted in research and years of practice.

​The Black Girl Magic Conference is our signature event! We provide the opportunity to plan a conference just for your school district with the theme and conference presenters tailored just for you.

Our Black Girl Magic curriculum provides guidance on implementing and running affinity groups for girls. The training will provide guidance to schools on best practices for setting up and running asset-based affinity groups for Black girls, sample lessons, and continual support throughout the school year.
