Jill Neal is a freshman at Madison West High School. Some things Jill really enjoys doing is singing and musical theater. Outside of school she runs track, plays bass guitar and piano. Some of the awards Jill has received are; The Urban League’s Martin Luther King Jr. Outstanding Young Person Award, and she's gotten her silver award for Girl Scouts too!
