Hi, my name is Kristina Ellis, and my background is in Early Childhood Education. I have dedicated over 17 years to youth work and continue to find deep purpose in creating safe, nurturing spaces where children can truly thrive.

I currently serve as the Director of Youth Programs at the Wil-Mar Neighborhood Center, where I have the privilege of supporting young people and their families through community-based programming and mentorship. As a mother of one, I truly value quality time with my son - whether we’re spending quiet moments together or on the go as part of his busy sports/activity schedule. Our family grows from time to time through fostering, as we help support children and families on their journey toward healing and hopeful reunification.

I am thrilled to serve on the board of Black Girl Magic Services and to support its powerful mission. I am passionate about being an advocate and mentor for young girls in our community, helping them to love themselves, be themselves and flourish into their fullest potential.
